Can you hold a place before I apply?
JMK Property Management cannot hold a property until a completed application is submitted and approved, along with any required deposits. All applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Typically, tenants are required to pay the first month's rent and a security deposit. In some cases, the last month's rent may also be required.How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply for a rental property with JMK Property Management.Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit is refundable as long as the terms of the lease are met, there are no damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear, and all financial obligations are fulfilled.Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner may be required if the primary applicant does not meet the income, credit, or rental history qualifications.You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You must notify JMK Property Management in writing. If your roommate is remaining, they may need to requalify for the lease. An addendum to the lease agreement may also be required.My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You must provide written notice at least 60 days (or as specified in your lease) before the lease end date. Ensure the property is cleaned and all keys are returned.Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Tenants are responsible for minor repairs like replacing light bulbs or air filters. JMK Property Management handles repairs for major maintenance issues unless caused by tenant negligence.Where do I find information about my upcoming move-in?
All move-in information, including key pick-up details and move-in instructions, is available in your tenant portal. You will also receive an email with specifics.How do I get additional sets of keys to my new home?

Lease renewal details will be sent to you before the lease end date. You can renew through the tenant portal or by contacting our office.How much time do I have to respond if I am going to renew my lease? What happens if I don't?
You typically have 60 days to respond. Failure to respond may result in the lease ending or transitioning to a month-to-month agreement with higher rent.Is my lease going to be renewed if the property is up for sale?
