Mehdi Khachani
CEO, Co-Founder
Mehdi has over 20 years of real estate experience, starting with buying and remodeling homes in Canada and the US. He is the founder of JMK Property Management, a real estate company that offers property management & investment services.
Currently, Mehdi serves as the CEO of JMK, overseeing the company’s strategy, goals, expansion, and day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, the investment and management operation has grown to oversee over 1000+ doors and $200M in assets.
Mehdi holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, a Masters in Engineering from McGill University, and a Bachelors in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. He is also licensed as a general contractor, plumbing contractor, air conditioning contractor, real estate broker, and community association manager in the State of Florida.
In his free time, Mehdi enjoys playing tennis, swimming, and playing soccer. He has traveled to 50 countries and resides in Miami Beach with his wife and two boys.

Jessica Khachani brings a wealth of expertise and a client-focused approach to JMK Property Management. As a licensed realtor with a deep understanding of the Miami real estate market, Jessica excels in building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors. Her dedication to exceptional service and attention to detail ensures that every client’s needs are met with professionalism and care.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Journalism and a Master’s of International Business Administration, equipping her with the communication and strategic skills needed to navigate the complexities of the property management industry.
With years of experience in property leasing, market analysis, and client communication, Jessica plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless property management experience. Her passion for helping clients maximize the value of their investments, combined with her knowledge of local market trends, makes her an invaluable asset to the JMK team.
