Nothing seems to slow down the activity level of the Miami Beach Condo market. In simple words, inventory keeps on dropping and properties last less and less on the "For Sale" market. Key stats as follows:- Total # of condo units for sale dropped by 45% from Dec. 2020 to Dec.2021
- The pace of "time in the market" quickened as the # days in the market dropped from 173 days during Dec. 2020 to 108 days during Dec. 2021
- During Dec. 2020 there were 14 months worth of inventory while during Dec. 2021 the number dropped to 5 months worth of inventory
