Despite the holidays and new Covid variant, the Brickell Condo market continues to move at a "Hot" brisk pace. We've rarely seen in our 20 year experience in real estate an inventory this low. The Brickell Condos Trends are very favorable to sellers who are asking for top dollar for their properties, whether it's a condominium or a single family home. Most of this can be attributed to low interest rates and a steady migration from the north to south of the country due to taxes and weather. Miami-Dade remains one of the most attractive county in the region. Key statistics as follows:- Inventory dropped 62% from Dec. 2020 to Dec. 2021. From last month it dropped by 15%.
- Units sold increased by 53% despite the lower inventory
- Average time on the "For Sale" market dropped from 6 months to 3 months
